If you just wish to talk to one our dentists about any concerns you have, you can schedule an Online Consultation.  This service is available to existing patients for a 20-minute Consultation.

Do you have a Dental Emergency?

Do you have any Concerns or Questions about your Dental or Oral Health?

COVID-19 has impacted us all and changed the way that we work. Under current restrictions, which are explained below, our face to face appointments are limited to emergency care only. To access an emergency appointment or to discuss any general dental enquiries we have moved to Online consultations with our dentists. You don't have to leave the safety and comfort of your home and you get to pick from a range of times to suit you.

For general inquiries (which a non-dentist can help with) please call us, email or message on Facebook messenger any time and we’ll get back to you.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Australian Dental Association dictates that we only provide specific emergency treatments. This is to minimise the risk of spreading the disease. All non-essential treatment is postponed, and our priority is to provide essential emergency care safely.

If you do need to attend, please be assured that we have a range of stringent measures in place, over and above are excellent cross infection control, so we can treat you safely minimising the risk to anyone. We believe our dental practice is a safe place to visit for emergency treatment.

A note from Dr Doug Leishman

The health, wellbeing and safety of our patients, their families and our team are our top priority at Diamond Dental Care & Implant Centre.

We fully understand that our patients will be concerned about coronavirus (COVID-19), and we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the evolving situation and following the guidelines issued by the Australian Dental Association and Governing Bodies.

As such, all routine dental care, check-ups, dental hygiene appointments, and elective treatments are suspended with immediate effect and until further notice. We are re-appointing these treatments into the future so that we continue to provide excellent care.

Level 3 restrictions allow us to provide specific emergency dental cover for patients who are not infected by COVID-19. If you are seeking emergency treatment, please call us on 5477 0889 early in the day (after 8am) to reserve a slot on the same day if appropriate.

Full social distancing and barrier dental care is already in place allowing us to assist you with permitted dental emergencies while not putting our patients and Team at risk. We have many additional procedures in place over and above our excellent cross infection control to reduce the risk of inadvertent transmission of COVID-19.

This is a serious stage of the pandemic and until our medical and scientific advice changes, we ask that you please respect and adhere to our cross-infection instructions.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support during these unprecedented times. We will continue to do our upmost to keep our patients fully informed throughout.
