Teeth Straightening Options at Shine Coast

Types of orthodontic treatments we offer:

• Traditional bracket - fixed bracket and wire braces
• Invisalign Braces - a series of clear overlay templates, called aligners, generated by computer simulation to gradually move the teeth. This system is available to adult patients with certain orthodontic bite problems - your dentist will be happy to advise as to whether you may be a suitable candidate.
• Myofunctional - myobrace system.

Treatment time varies depending on age, patient compliance and the severity of the condition - generally, it takes between 18 and 36 months. You will need to come in once a month for your brace to be adjusted, or the next aligner fitted to keep your teeth moving in the right direction.
