Our Cancellation Policy

We aim to operate fairly and openly, following the principles of good business practices. Reflecting the considerable costs and inconvenience incurred as a result of patients not attending for scheduled dental appointments, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • We politely ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment
  • Please be aware that a cancellation fee of $150.00 will be added to your account if this notice period is not adhered to and we are unable to re-book the time allocated to you
  • We understand that situations may occasionally arise that make it impossible for you to give 24 hours' notice - each missed or broken appointment will therefore be given individual consideration. Your appointment attendance history may be taken into account in this regard

All staff at our dental clinic in Sippy Downs thank you for your cooperation and understanding and feel these policies are very fair.
