Our Cancellation Policy
We aim to operate fairly and transparently, following good business practices and patient care principles. As a courtesy to all our Patients and Team patients not attending scheduled dental appointments, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- We are given 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment
- We understand that situations may occasionally arise that make it impossible for you to give 48 hours’ notice – each missed or broken appointment will therefore be given individual consideration. Your appointment attendance history may be taken into account in this regard.
- For repeat short-notice cancellations or no-shows, a rebooking deposit (from $150, depending on the procedure) may be required to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- Missed or cancelled complimentary consultations may incur a standard consultation fee upon rebooking.
