Our Cancellation Policy

We aim to operate fairly and transparently, following good business practices and patient care principles. As a courtesy to all our Patients and Team patients not attending scheduled dental appointments, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • We are given 48 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment
  • We understand that situations may occasionally arise that make it impossible for you to give 48 hours’ notice – each missed or broken appointment will therefore be given individual consideration. Your appointment attendance history may be taken into account in this regard.
  • If there are repeat short notice cancellations or no-shows, our Team will be required to take a non-refundable rebooking deposit from $150 upward (dependent on the scheduled procedure) to secure another appointment.
  • Appointments missed or canceled at short notice for free consultations will void this promotional offer, and a standard consultation fee will be incurred at the rebooked appointment.
